Our Mission: Believing that neighbors working together make a better community, VNA serves as a conduit for collecting, coordinating and giving voice to member’s interests concerning enhancement and preservation of Rancho Vistoso and adjacent Oro Valley neighborhoods.

It is our intent to maintain, foster and improve the quality of life and unity of our neighborhood.

·      NEIGHBORHOOD UNITY: to encourage communication and provide education on pertinent issues and to foster a sense of community spirit among neighbors.

·      ADVOCACY/LIAISON: to act as the unified voice of the neighborhood, coordinating our needs and problems with Community Associations and Town of Oro Valley officials.

 Unlike the existing Community Associations, where membership is mandatory for those living within their boundaries, and whose primary mission is maintenance of common areas and enforcement of CC & R’s, membership in the new Neighborhood Association is voluntary.  Our purpose is to represent our members and give voice on issues of neighborhood enhancement and preservation.  VNA will focus - and take action - on such matters as land use, planning, traffic and safety.
